Overall healthcare employment has grown each month since the beginning of 2014, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But the change in full-time-equivalent staff for hospitals is uneven among states, and ownership and provider types. Some states, as well as long-term providers, have seen decreases compared with 2012.
