Will Richter

Will Richter has almost 25 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle management space. He began his career shortly after law school, where he worked complex claims for AHC, Inc, an attorney-based revenue cycle management company. Will greatly enjoyed the client interaction aspect of his position, and soon moved into a Senior Account Executive role where he managed many of the company's largest engagements. Will briefly worked on the payer side during a year stint at Regence Blue Cross & Blue Shield but missed the client engagement and returned to the revenue cycle management field. Will eventually took on the role of Vice President of Client Management, and for the last seven years, he served as the Executive Vice President for both Operations and Client Services for his previous organization prior to joining Wakefield. Will's first love has always been the client engagement side, and he strongly feels that every client should feel like they're the only client. Will is an HFMA member (Oregon chapter), and has presented over the years at various HFMA, AAHAM and other revenue cycle conferences.

Will is an avid sports fan and is quick to bond over the successes and struggles of the teams and players he follows as there are many similarities that can be drawn for those that aren't professional athletes. Will enjoys traveling and discussing favorite airports, as well as spending time with his wife, Gretchen, and daughter, Emma. Will graduated from Marquette University (Go Golden Eagles!) and obtained his law degree from Cleveland State University.

Jadene Elden has three decades of revenue cycle experience, working in leadership roles at HCA Healthcare, Catholic Health Initiatives, Ardent Health and presently Southcoast Health. Jadene is a proven leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, with EPIC expertise that has led to best practice measurements. She prides herself in the ability to lead operations with focus on payer relationships, efficient workflows and optimization of reimbursement. Her team strives to reduce operational costs to optimize the institution’s margin. In Jadene’s personal spare time, she is an avid exerciser who loves the outdoors and a round of golf when time allows. She is originally from Nebraska and a Cornhusker for life but loves the move to Massachusetts and following New England professional sports.
