Women in the workplace can face unique challenges — but they also have unique opportunities. On July 16, Modern Healthcare’s 14th annual Women Leaders in Healthcare Conference and Awards Luncheon will gather notable women in the healthcare industry to discuss their journeys toward success and offer insight on lessons learned.
The conference will provide attendees at every stage in their careers the chance to learn from and establish professional relationships with women driving change in a variety of sectors.
Speakers include American Heart Association CEO Nancy Brown; Blue Shield of California Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Sandra Clarke; Cone Health Chief People and Culture Officer Michelle Adamolekun; Walgreens Chief Clinical Trials Officer Ramita Tandon; and The MetroHealth System President and CEO Airica Steed.
They’ll discuss strategies for finding the right work-life balance, moving past impostor syndrome and avoiding the “glass ceiling” in roles dominated by men, among other issues.
The conference will feature a luncheon to honor the members of Modern Healthcare's Women Leaders class of 2024.
