How do I attend the event?
The symposium will be hosted on our virtual event platform on Oct. 25, starting at 9 a.m. CT. After an opening keynote, you will have the opportunity to choose between two tracks of content during the rest of the day. The event will conclude with a closing keynote at 4:05 p.m. CT. After the live event ends, attendees will be able to watch all recorded sessions on demand for up to 90 days.

The agenda features policymakers, community leaders and executives from hospitals, health systems and insurers who have taken concrete steps to address social determinants of health in their communities.
