Teladoc Health is offering fertility, digestive health, and specialty care to its enterprise customers, the company said Tuesday.
The virtual care company is partnering with Carrot Fertility for family planning, hormonal health and fertility care; Carrum Health for specialty care; as well as Oshi Health and Cylinder Health for virtual digestive care. The vendors' clinical services are available to Teladoc's health system, employer and insurer customers through its connected care program.

Teladoc's connected program allows its clinicians to directly refer patients to these companies' services if its a covered benefit for that particular patient. Virtual musculoskeletal care providers Hinge Health, which filed for an IPO yesterday, and Sword Health are also part of the program along with Teladoc's direct-to-consumer mental health offering BetterHelp.
Teladoc has prioritized growth in its enterprise segment as BetterHelp has faced headwinds as a standalone direct-to-consumer service. Revenue tied to BetterHelp, which Teladoc acquired in June 2015 for $4 million, decreased 8% in 2024 while its enterprise revenue increased 4%, the company said during its quarterly earnings call last month.
The model Teladoc is taking with its connected care program is similar to the approach Amazon has taken with digital health companies. Virtual care companies are looking to avoid offering point solutions, an industry term for software products that only focus on one area of care, to enterprise customers.
In February, Teladoc announced plans to acquire home diagnostic company Catapult Health for $65 million last month. Last week, it partnered with drugmaker Eli Lilly to offer the weight loss drug Zepbound directly to self-paying patients.
