Hellocare.ai, an artificial intelligence and virtual care company, closed a $47 million Series A funding round.
Asset firm HealthQuest Capital led the round. A group of health systems including Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health, Aurora, Colorado-based UCHealth, OSF Ventures, the corporate investment arm of OSF HealthcCare, and venture firm LRVHealth participated in the round.

Hellocare provides a software and hardware platform for hospitals and health systems. It features AI-enabled cameras and microphones mounted on patient room televisions to assist clinical staff with tasks such as ambient documentation and patient monitoring. The company also offers a virtual care solution that supports clinicians with rounds, medication checks and patient discharge.
Clinicians complete many of the company’s workflows in the electronic health record through integrations with EHR vendors.
Labinot Bytyqi, Hellocare's founder and CEO, said in an interview the company was profitable but declined to share a valuation. Hellocare plans to use the funding for growth, scale and international expansion, he said.
The round brings Hellocare’s total raised to $57 million.
