Li has spent four years as COO of Rendr, a physician group focusing on people of Asian descent in New York City. During that time, she has led Rendr’s move toward becoming a value-based provider, with an emphasis on patient engagement. For instance, she incorporated diversity, equity and inclusion tenets into employee-facing orientation, training and mentoring programs. Her efforts have contributed to dramatic improvements in patient satisfaction scores. She was appointed to her co-president position last year and previously served as general manager for Tahoe Investments US.
