Mosier works on nurse advocacy, clinical excellence and professional development for Nashville, Tennessee-headquartered HCA Healthcare. She is helping to lead several programs aimed at integrating technology into HCA’s strategy, including testing artificial intelligence programs to improve nurse scheduling and shift handoffs and introducing generative AI to simplify clinical documentation through a partnership with Google Cloud.  Mosier serves on the board of HCA Healthcare’s Galen College of Nursing, which HCA acquired in 2020.
