Puneet Singh,

CEO, CareBridge
Born to parents who immigrated from India, Puneet Singh grew up in a small Ohio town where the family struggled to get healthcare when they needed it.
Today, Singh is CEO of CareBridge, a Nashville, Tennessee-based company that strives to bring virtual healthcare to Medicaid patients with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities.
"Just being from an immigrant family in a very small town, access to care was hard and healthcare education was hard," Singh said. "Along the way, I just became really interested in healthcare as a consumer and caregiver."

According to the company, it works in partnership with major Medicaid insurers, serves about 117,000 enrollees in 13 states and the District of Columbia, and employs nearly 500 people.
"The power for me of CareBridge is not just value-based care, but doing that in a part of the population in Medicaid that I think has been very underserved," Singh said. "This felt close to my heart, and felt like something that would really make a difference."
CareBridge caters to patients with challenges both medical and nonmedical, employs an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and provides in-home technology.
Prior to taking the helm at CareBridge, Singh's experience included stints as CEO of Quartet Health, chief growth officer of Elevance Health's Carelon subsidiary and chief development officer at Aspire Health.
