Daniel spearheaded the Responsible AI framework and Enterprise AI Governance program at Pittsburgh-based Highmark Health. Her efforts allowed Highmark to deploy generative AI capabilities in several capacities throughout the organization, enabling the company to safeguard data while exploring use cases for the technology. The utilization of generative AI for code optimization and document consolidation has led to reported increases in productivity, with benefits also anticipated from clinical applications. Daniel also chairs the technology committee for the Sinai Chicago board of directors and served as an executive leadership fellow for America’s Health Insurance Plans.
