Cheatham focuses on healthcare and life sciences at Bessemer, where he leads funding efforts in biomedical artificial intelligence. His portfolio includes Abridge, Ansible Health, Headspace Health, Hinge Health, Turquoise Health and Folx Health; he was previously interim CEO at the latter and still serves on the board. In addition to his work at Bessemer, he is researching AI in biomedicine as a medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University.
