Prasad steers the Detroit-based health system’s efforts to maximize its clinical, operational and commercial reach, including through licensing and spin-off ventures. She has also worked to promote equity and inclusion, such as through raising funds to support diversity for a fellowship educating employees about healthcare innovation. Additionally, under her leadership, Henry Ford Innovations last year organized a summit aimed at developing tools to improve cancer treatment for underserved populations, along with supporting a mentorship program for students at 15 Detroit high schools.
