Diversity Leaders in Healthcare - 2024

Kelly-Croswell has helmed human resources at Boston Medical Center Health System for more than a decade. During that time, she led the implementation of a “Culture Code” to promote community building within the organization. She has also encouraged the health system’s staff to incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion efforts throughout their daily actions. Under her leadership, BMC has increased its work to recruit and retain managers of color through professional development programs and other initiatives. Kelly-Croswell also helped launch an internship program aimed at local high-school students.
