LeBray has created several strategies aimed at improving wellness for communities in need. He has successfully rolled out maternal and infant health initiatives, including by bringing together more than a dozen local groups for a public-facing event at a Dallas retail center. Similar events are planned in Montana and New Mexico. He has also sought to enable knowledge-sharing and best practices through the development of a website allowing employees to see which equity-focused projects are taking place across the company.
