Parikh joined the specialty healthcare company in 2021. There, he led development of a comprehensive consultation questionnaire for patients using Cove, Thirty Madison’s diagnosis and treatment program for patients with migraines. The online approach allows patients to receive a treatment plan typically within 48 hours rather than waiting to see a neurologist in person. Parikh also led expansion of the company’s sexual and reproductive health service’s telePrEP offering, which provides asynchronous medical consults, at-home testing for HIV and sexually transmitted infections, and an online pharmacy allowing patients to access HIV prevention medication remotely.
