Barnes has helped drive Ro’s evolution from a single-condition platform to a company that integrates telehealth, pharmacy and diagnostics. She has held several leadership positions at the digital health company since being hired as its associate clinical director in 2018. Her insights are key to shaping Ro’s clinical strategy and supporting its health and wellness initiatives, including its recent rollout of weight-management medications for patients who need them. A double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and otolaryngologist, Barnes was previously an assistant professor at Yale School of Medicine.
