Nevin has worked to establish a culture of quality and innovation at the Wilmington, Delaware-headquartered three-hospital health system. Under her leadership, ChristianaCare has notched historic achievements in patient safety in fiscal 2024, including a 9% decrease in the preventable harm rate. The system also saw a 21% reduction in hospital-acquired infections. Nevin has additionally guided the system’s hospital-at-home program and advocated for policies enabling more acute care to be accessed outside brick-and-mortar facilities.
