Rariy in 2023 joined the value-based oncology provider serving Medicare Advantage patients in Arizona and Florida. She is tasked with spearheading its strategies regarding artificial intelligence, machine learning and emerging technologies, along with its digital transformation as a whole. Rariy has spoken about AI’s potential to transform the healthcare system, while also warning that the technology has the potential to worsen biases. She co-founded Equity in STEMM, Innovation & AI, which seeks to develop a pipeline of women and underrepresented minorities for careers in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine. She previously served as the chief medical officer of clinical strategy for Amazon Care’s clinical care delivery arm.
