Aisha Pittman
Senior vice president of government affairs, National Association of ACOs
Pittman brings more than two decades of healthcare experience to her position at NAACOS, which represents nearly 500 groups of providers working collaboratively to provide lower-cost, high-quality care. The trade group’s members cover more than 9 million beneficiary lives. Pittman leads NAACOS’ advocacy efforts, which include pushing for congressional policies that would support value-based care and encouraging regulators to pilot new quality requirements before implementation. She has spoken about the importance of extending the Medicare ACO REACH program and noted that federal standards can present challenges for ACO participants. Before taking on her role at NAACOS, Pittman served as vice president of policy for Premier and held senior management positions at the National Quality Forum, the Maryland Health Care Commission, and CenterLight Healthcare.
