Diversity Leader Organizations - 2024

AdventHealth includes 51 hospital campuses and roughly 1,200 care sites in nine states. It also offers two dozen healthcare degrees through AdventHealth University.

Under board and executive leadership, AdventHealth:

• Carried out a comprehensive study to ensure the organization does not offer significantly different compensation based on gender, race, ethnicity or other protected characteristics.
• Offered education assistance programs, including tuition assistance, tuition reimbursement and direct-pay options.
• Launched more than 60 strategic plans targeted toward narrowing identified disparities.
• Rolled out a social needs screening tool for inpatient and ambulatory settings.
