Diversity Leaders in Healthcare - 2024

Epane-Osuala brings more than 20 years of executive human resources experience to her current role. She is employing leading-edge tactics tailored to get the more than 50,000 GE HealthCare employees engaging with one another through colleague resource and special interest groups. Epane-Osuala also collaborated with the company's HR department to develop strategies to promote diversity in hiring practices and worked with her team to boost GE HealthCare’s community impact through an investment plan. So far, the company has put $500,000 toward organizations empowering underrepresented groups, among other causes.
