Brandt has led the development and execution of the organization’s last two five-year strategic plans. She launched and oversees the strategic plans for 18 service lines, leading to a boost in market share and volumes across the primary service area. She is also responsible for executing Tampa General’s organizational health assessments and provider needs assessments, which help shape the system’s initiatives, and led an internal communications strategy that drove a major increase in team member engagement.
