Delp joined Temple Terrace, Florida- based Chapters in 2019. She became president of CareNu, Chapters’ population health division, and its joint venture with Next Healthcare Solutions, Assurity DCE, in 2021. Under her guidance, CareNu recorded a 35% reduction in expenses, a 37% decrease in emergency department visits and a 47% decrease in unnecessary hospitalizations last year, according to the company. This spring, Delp is leading the launch of the CareNu SheRise Mentoring Program, aimed at fostering connections and empowering women leaders.
