Landstrom works toward advancing quality, safety and patient experience goals at Livonia, Michigan-based Trinity, which comprises more than 100 hospitals. She has collaborated with nurses throughout the system to launch projects such as an internal staffing agency. In 2023, she directed the implementation of Trinity’s three-person nursing care model, under which patients are treated by a direct-care registered nurse, an on-site nursing assistant or licensed practical nurse and a virtual registered nurse.
