Women Leaders in Healthcare - 2024

As Stanford Health Care’s first chief pharmacy officer, Oyekan implemented a strategic plan and delivery model yielding improved patient outcomes and a reduction in overall care costs. She oversaw the establishment of a systemwide patient assistance program that significantly increased patient access to expensive therapies. More broadly, she has created several programs aimed at furthering inclusion and equity, including a leadership development initiative and a networking and education forum.
