O’Connor additionally serves as Temple’s primary care service line director and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine’s chair of family and community medicine. Her recent accomplishments at the Philadelphia- based organization include launching a social determinants of health screening for all hospitals, designing an embedded nurse navigation program for Temple’s primary care network and implementing a remote patient monitoring program to tackle disparities in hypertension control. At Temple, she mentors several women through sponsorship and one- on-one coaching.
