Padin held many leadership positions at Dartmouth Health before being selected for her current position in 2020. Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Southern Region includes clinics and offices serving Concord, Manchester, Nashua and several other New Hampshire communities. Padin leads facility development and promotes clinical relationships with community hospitals and providers in the service area. In 2023, the clinics under her leadership reported more than $25 million in financial improvement.
