Top Women Leaders in Healthcare - 2023

As HCA Healthcare’s top nursing leader, Mosier developed a strategy to address the current staffing shortage, including through helping frontline providers work at the top of their licenses. She directs several development and career growth programs aimed at mentoring young professionals, advancing nursing leadership, and expanding opportunities for HCA’s nursing staff. Under Mosier’s guidance, HCA also expanded its Galen College of Nursing, with plans to open nine additional campuses.
