Chief operating officer, Yale New Haven Health System
When Sutton-Wallace was tapped to become chief operating officer of Yale New Haven Health in 2022, the system was anticipating an operating loss of more than $600 million. Under her leadership, the health system has established a new Automation Center of Excellence that is expected to deliver $6 million in savings in 2023.
