As president and CEO of the Milwaukee-based regional health system for more than a decade, Jacobson has overseen a successful expansion strategy, including the opening of several community hospitals and a joint venture with ThedaCare to launch two health campuses in Wisconsin by 2024. The provider has also collaborated with local organizations, such as the Milwaukee Urban League, on equitable care. Jacobson serves on the boards of Vizient, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Hospital Association.
