Top Organizations for Diversity - 2023

Cincinnati Children’s comprises more than 50 care locations. The University of Cincinnati Department of Pediatrics is staffed completely by employees from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Under board and executive leadership, Cincinnati Children’s has: 

• Grown a diversity, equity and inclusion infrastructure guiding the executive team, Diversity Council, nine Employee Resource Groups and 10 Diversity Steering Committees in working together to advance DEI efforts.
• Helped launch the Michael Fisher Child Health Equity Center, which explores innovative approaches to address deep and challenging child health equity gaps.
• Launched the Better Together employee training program focused on identifying and confronting unconscious biases and promoting inclusion.
