Since taking on the senior vice president position at the pharmacy benefit management company in 2019, Izadi has helped expand its cloud-based enterprise pharmacy solution platform into the Medicare space, along with adding new clinical programs using the system to improve access and boost medication adherence. Due in part to her efforts, the company says its average adherence rate is above 77%. Izadi leads a 68-person clinical operations team, made up of 81% women and 65% individuals of color.
