The first Black woman to lead an Orlando Health hospital, Entin founded a staff engagement council while president of St. Cloud Hospital to share ideas about success and brainstorm opportunities for improvement. She also implemented a leadership development series for directors and managers. Entin, a vice president at Orlando Health, is supporting strategic initiatives at Orlando Regional Medical Center to reduce worker turnover, boost engagement and improve care.
