Chakravarty is a founding member of the Front Door to Care initiative, the organization’s effort to boost patient access to scheduling and services. During the pandemic, she co-created a COVID-19 digital health response program and managed NewYork-Presbyterian’s partnerships with several other health systems. She is currently working to implement an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot to assist patients with language or hearing issues, in addition to spearheading the creation of a shared service technology and operating model. Such efforts are projected to lead to millions of dollars in savings.
