After helping to launch virtual health offerings during the COVID-19 pandemic in her previous role as vice president of ambulatory services, Cohen is continuing to streamline connection to care by developing more efficient scheduling and referral processes. Eighty percent of patients who visit outpatient locations are now enrolled in MyChart, thanks to the efforts of her team. She has also worked to place more specialists in the community at the outpatient level, increasing access to Children’s Health physicians.
