Minkow has overseen the primary care provider’s Heartland region, where he works to expand services for at-risk patients, since 2022. In 2018, while in the regional vice president role, Minkow launched a leadership development program to attract and invest in internal managers and top MBA candidates. About 60% of regional vice presidents across the organization are program graduates. Minkow is an executive sponsor for Oak Street’s diversity, equity and inclusion committee.
