Davy has headed Vizient’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy since 2021. Under her guidance, more than 100 organization leaders support the company’s DEI initiatives, including as executive sponsors and network champions for the company’s eight employee resource groups. She has also overseen more than 120 workshops on DEI topics and the implementation of a gender identity and expression inclusion policy. Earlier this year, Davy served as the executive sponsor on a DEI-focused network for Vizient members allowing chief diversity officers, chief health equity officers and other leaders to compare strategies and share best practices.
