Top Diversity Leaders in Healthcare - 2023

Pickron-Davis leads the President’s Council on Equity, Inclusion and Justice, a group of faculty, staff and students from PCOM’s three campus locations that recommends policy and practice changes to its president. The council’s actions have led to scholarships for underrepresented-in-medicine candidates and a staff position to create a curriculum that prepares students to practice culturally responsive medicine. Pickron-Davis also oversaw development of PCOM’s 2025 diversity, equity and inclusion strategic plan and created a DEI certificate program for more than 300 faculty members.
