Greg Wilmot
President and CEO, East Boston Neighborhood Health Center
Wilmot is charged with leading the largest community-based primary care health system in Massachusetts, which conducts about 500,000 patient visits a year. After serving in other EBNHC leadership positions, Wilmot moved to his current role in 2022. He and his team have recruited a diverse workforce—32% speak Spanish, more than 45% identify as Latino and half are from EBNHC’s service area—and people of color now make up more than 40% of the leadership team. Wilmot is a member of the Health Equity Compact, a group of more than 80 healthcare leaders of color working to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities in the state of Massachusetts.
