Since joining Humana in 2021, Tandy’s duties have included fostering a culture of belonging among the company’s more than 67,000 employees. She is the strategist, sponsor and convener of the Humana Executive DEI Council, which sets the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals and benchmarks. She is also a board member of Humana’s Health Equity Advisory Council, established to align initiatives across the company, and its Environmental, Social and Governance Steering Committee. As a champion for the company’s Network Resource Groups, Tandy helped create a new group for Native American and Indigenous employees and their allies.
