Mosier, who oversees the roughly 93,000 registered nurses who work at HCA facilities, is focused on addressing the national nursing shortage by strengthening the clinician pipeline. She is a member of the board of directors of Galen College of Nursing, one of the country’s largest nursing schools, of which HCA has been majority owner since 2020.
