Wilson has held a variety of leadership positions since joining UnitedHealth in 2008. Appointed to her current role in 2021, she now promotes the company’s clinical innovations, along with helping to improve health equity, expand access to care, lower costs and boost outcomes and experience for patients, payers and providers. Earlier this year, she announced the United Health Foundation’s three-year, $2 million grant supporting efforts to increase access to mental health and social services for LGBTQ youth and youth of color in Minnesota.
