Dr. Laurie Glimcher
President and CEO, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Glimcher, who joined Dana-Farber in 2016, is leading the institute through the biggest fundraising campaign in its history, which seeks to bring in $2 billion for research and patient care by 2024. An accomplished cancer researcher and outspoken champion of the need to reduce barriers to diagnoses and treatments, Glimcher previously served as Cornell University’s provost for medical affairs and dean of the Weill Cornell Medical College. She also directed the division of biological sciences at Harvard School of Public Health and headed the immunology program at Harvard Medical School.
