Silver award for Tiny But Mighty Campaign of the Year
Campaign: DataLink website redesign
Healthcare tech company DataLink aims to arm all stakeholders in the medical ecosystem with affordable access to data-driven solutions, but as it grew it realized it was not attracting as many insurance payers as it was providers.

The company accrued some payers via referrals but wanted to reel in more with marketing. It had limited resources to do so, but decided to use them to first grow its in-house marketing team.
After that, DataLink realized it needed to revamp its website, which wasn’t resonating with the target audience. It hired boutique website design agency Gettingraphic to create a more user-friendly online experience with simple navigation tools, a clean menu and concise messaging.
In an aggressive three-month timeframe, DataLink and Gettingraphic modernized the design of the web page, using abstract images against a clean white background with custom graphics to better showcase products for all potential customers including payers. It also created a resources section with blogs, conference listings and news—for which the in-house team created the copy, allowing DataLink to make quick edits.
The effort earned DataLink the silver award for Tiny But Mighty among suppliers, vendors and pharmaceutical companies in the Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards 2023.
Delivered on time and with a budget of less than $20,000, DataLink says the campaign delivered an impressive 45% website traffic increase, resulting in a 114% increase in leads generated from the site alone. Sales opportunities year-to-date have also increased by 50%, according to DataLink.
