What leaders say: "In 2016, a new management team was brought into a regional behavioral health administrator. The new management brought with it a strategy that leveraged the company's behavioral health strengths with new expertise in Workers' Compensation. This change presented many challenges, but ultimately led to the foundation of our present success. Then in 2018, the company made an acquisition, and we were tasked with combining two organizations with vastly different cultures. While this was not an easy task, it ultimately was successful, and our present culture began to evolve. We became a company that focused on the well-being of all of our constituents, especially our employees. We demonstrated trust and earned the trust of our employees. We became confident enough to submit an application for the 2021 Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work program. Thanks to our employees' responses, we were fortunate to win and repeated our success in 2022. This year, the employee experience has continued to strengthen."
