Mosier heads a team of nurse leaders and 98,000 registered nurses who work at HCA hospitals and other care sites. She has served in a number of leadership roles during her HCA career—most recently chief nurse executive officer for the HCA National Group and vice president of group clinical operations in the Clinical Operations Group. In addition, she spearheaded HCA’s Cohesive Nursing Agenda, a technology strategy that’s focused on enhancing nurses’ work experiences. As a result, nurses can now collaborate via mobile devices, manage workloads and participate in virtual learning.
