Yang collaborates with AWS’ healthcare clients on telehealth, chatbot and voice activation solutions, while also partnering with systems to improve care delivery, especially in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She helped MedStar Health scale telehealth and launch two virtual contact centers, while building a digital self-screening system for the Medical College of Wisconsin Health Network too. Other collaborations include Children’s National Hospital and Houston Methodist Hospital. Yang sits on the board of CommonSpirit Health and promotes gender equity in healthcare leadership.
