Bolano leads a five-hospital system across Idaho and Oregon. She recently orchestrated a joint venture with Encompass Health, a provider of integrated post-acute services. She was senior vice president of Kaiser Permanente-East Bay in Oakland, California, and held executive positions at health systems in Arizona and Texas. She serves on the boards of many organizations, including Boise, Idaho-based IDACORP, a holding company comprising Idaho Power Co. and the Carol Emmott Fellowship Board.
