Carrington is a champion of diversity, equity and burnout prevention. As Northwell’s deputy chief human resources officer, she led innovation in employee experience, career and performance development, workforce diversity and compensation. She is an instructor with Northwell’s Center for Learning & Innovation and serves as co-sponsor of its employee resource groups. Before joining Northwell, Carrington was a manager and attorney with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations.
