As Chief Operations Officer, Liang is credited for her leadership of KP enterprise’s COVID response over the past two years, overseeing care system, 220,000 workforce management, and community vaccination programs. Liang is also responsible for Kaiser’s California markets, as group president overseeing care and coverage for more than 9.3 million members. She nationally directs clinical strategy and innovation for Medicare, 39 hospital system operations and 500 pharmacy store and benefits organization.
